Our merch is produced and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand partner. Your purchase price covers production, printing, and shipping first. What reaches Ill Boss is the net — typically $4–$8 per item depending on the product.
Every dollar that gets here goes toward Ill Boss programs and operations: the digital tools, community infrastructure, and organizational development that make this work possible.
Want to direct support to a specific fund? Donations to Ill Boss are allocated 50% to our Community Emergency Relief Fund, 25% to rare disease research, and 25% to our Founder's Medical Fund. You can give directly at illboss.org.
